a) The type of writing task for this week’s project is an instructional document. I have chosen Toggl Track to write about. b) This instructional document requires me to provide clear instructions to the readers to understand the material of the document carefully. Otherwise, the basic functions of Toggl Track will not be understood clearly by the readers. c) My role/purpose in writing this instructional document is teaching as well as informing my readers about the basic functions and utility of Toggl Track. d) My audience is any individual using or planning to use communication/sharing tools like Toggl Track and others. Therefore, there can be students as well as individuals not knowing much about technology finding my document to be useful. The audience might be already knowing about Toggl Track to be a communication/sharing tool. I want my audience to read and understand my instructional document carefully to become expertized eventually to use Toggl Track as an effective communication/sharing tool. Some members of my audience might already be using Toggl Track as beginners and some as expertized users.
